Ingredients
450g Barakah Al Sanabel spaghetti pasta
350g ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
400g marinara sauce
2 tbsp butter
200g cream cheese,
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley leaves for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain well and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet with salt and pepper.
Add the onion and garlic and cook the mixture for a few minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Add all but half a cup of the marinara sauce to the mixture and stir until combined. Set aside.
Place the spaghetti in a large bowl with the butter and half a cup of marinara sauce and toss together.
Transfer half of the pasta to a baking dish.
Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and cottage cheese in a bowl and spread over the pasta in the baking dish.
Add the remaining pasta, then evenly spread the beef mixture over it. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, then let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley leaves and serve.
