Ingredients
450 grams Barakah Al-Sanabel spaghetti pasta
450 grams cherry tomatoes
5 cloves of garlic
Fresh chopped basil
1 white onion
Olive oil
300 grams of tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic in a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the onion, and sauté until golden. Then add the tomato sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes.
Add the roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic to the caramelized onion. Then add the fresh basil and stir until the mixture is well combined. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions, with a little olive oil.
Place the cooked spaghetti onto the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
