Ingredients 
    •  2 cups of Barakah Al-Sanabel Vermicelli
    •  Vegetable oil 
    •   1 cup of sugar
    •  Hot water
    •  Rose water
    •  Mastic
    •  Cardamom powder 
    •  Pistachios or shredded coconut
 Instructions
 
    •  First, toast the vermicelli in the oil until golden brown.
    •  Add hot water and stir, then cover the pot and let it cook.
    •  Add the sugar and stir well.
    •  Add the flavoring ingredients: cardamom powder and ground mastic, and stir until they dissolve completely.
    •  Turn off the heat and add the rose water, stir and serve the dish.
