Ingredients
450 grams minced beef
450 grams Barakah Al Sanabel spaghetti pasta
2 tablespoons grated parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
500 grams tomatoes, chopped with their juice
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3/1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
Mix the minced beef, parsley, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and 2 tablespoons of tomatoes by hand.
Shape them into small balls.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meatballs until they turn brown.
Add the tomatoes with their juice and stir for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Divide the pasta between plates and place the meatballs with the sauce on each plate.
Sprinkle some grated cheese before serving.
